Refund & cancellation policy

Coins are not refundable

Coins can only be used on DocTyping to download or print letters. They have no cash value.

Coins are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Purchased coins are not refundable, except for failed or duplicate payments (see below).

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was debited but coins were not added, they are usually credited automatically within minutes. If not, write to us with the payment ID — after checking, we add the coins or refund the money.

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, the duplicate amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

If a download fails

If the file could not be made after coins were deducted, the coins go back to your wallet automatically.

Downloading the same letter again within 7 days is free (only new pages cost coins).

Cancellation

There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. You can stop using the service at any time.
