Will it work even if my handwriting is very messy?
Yes, in most cases. Words that can’t be read clearly are highlighted so you can check and correct them.
Is my photo or letter saved on your server?
No. Photos and audio are processed only to create the letter and are not stored on the server. Drafts are saved only in your own browser.
How does the Kruti Dev file work?
In the Word (.docx) download, Hindi text is in Kruti Dev 010 format. Kruti Dev 010 must be installed on your computer; then the file can be edited directly in MS Word.
How are coins charged?
10 coins (₹10) per downloaded page. Preview, editing and AI rewrite are free. A downloaded letter can be re-downloaded free for 7 days; if pages increase, only the new pages are charged.
How do I add coins?
Click the 🪙 balance at the top. Pay by UPI, card or net banking, or scan a QR code. Coins are added as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Is the passport photo tool really free?
Yes, completely free and without login. The photo is processed on your phone or computer and never reaches our server. That’s why we can offer it free.
What’s the difference between F4 and Legal?
A4 = 210×297 mm, F4 = 210×330 mm, Legal = 8.5×14 inch (215.9×355.6 mm). Choose the paper your printer uses.
How do I change the website language?
